Templates of papers and submission links are as follows:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>Paper Templates:\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ieee.org\/conferences\/publishing\/templates.html\">IEEE Manuscript Templates for Conference Proceedings IEEE<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>Submission System:\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/edas.info\/N30543\">EDAS paper submission system<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p align=\"justify\">All manuscripts will be peer-reviewed by the Technical Program Committee.\u00a0Accepted papers will be published in IEEE Xplore\u00ae.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Guideline for\u00a0full paper submission:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Revise the paper per reviewers\u2019 comments. The comments can be referred to at the end of your acceptance email.<\/li>\n<li>Check your final manuscript for IEEE Xplore\u00ae compatibility. The instructions can be found at: <a href=\"https:\/\/feee-conf.com\/isee2023\/paper-submission\">https:\/\/feee-conf.com\/isee2023\/paper-submission<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Login to your EDAS account and click on the corresponding paper to go to the EDAS site of your paper.<\/li>\n<li>Look for the &#8220;Final manuscript&#8221; label and click the &#8220;cloud&#8221; button near it to submit the camera-ready version of your paper in PDF format. The submission is no later than <strong>23:59 (GMT+7:00) on\u00a0Sep. 20th, 2023<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Look for\u00a0 &#8220;Presenter(s)&#8221; label and click the [+] button near it to add presenter. Please be sure that at least one of the authors attends and presents your paper at ISEE2023.\u00a0 IEEE reserves the right to exclude a paper from distribution after the conference if the paper is not presented at the conference.<\/li>\n<li>Look for the &#8220;Copyright form&#8221; label and click on the [+] button near it to go to the EDAS copyright submission site. On this site, please locate the button &#8220;IEEE Copyright Submission&#8221; and click on it to complete the process.<\/li>\n<li>Look for the &#8220;Registration&#8221; label and click on the [] button near it to go to the EDAS registration website. On this site, select your registration options by clicking on the corresponding &#8220;shopping cart&#8221; buttons on the left side.
