+ The registration rates are as follows:

Note:

• The authors do the registration through the EDAS System.
• The conference registration fee includes admission to all conference sessions, a coffee break -refreshments, a Banquet, and a copy of the Conference Proceedings.
• One registration covers only one author who attends the conference.
• One registration will cover up to 02 paper presentations. Each additional paper presentation will be registered with an additional 100 USD.
• To be published in the Conference Proceedings and IEEE Xplore®, at least one author of an accepted paper must register for the conference, and the article must be presented at the conference.
• IEEE reserves the right to exclude a paper from distribution after the conference if the article is not presented at the conference
• All tutorials are free for all ISEE 2023 authors and attendees.
